We are a web development agency based in Richmond, London, delivering bespoke web applications and websites for a wide range of clients - primarily within the pharmaceutical sector. Our services span consultancy, design, development, hosting, and support.
Our offices are based in Richmond, London, however, we encourage local team members to meet once weekly at the office to catch up on projects and collaborate with colleagues, while staff working outside of London meet less frequently.
Job Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to join our collaborative and fast-moving team. If you are interested in programming or have an IT background with an interest in working more with clients, this is the job for you!
This role focuses heavily on content population and management across client websites and web applications. You’ll use our CMS to update, format, and manage client-supplied content, ensuring it meets both design expectations and regulatory compliance. You’ll also coordinate content approval workflows and help maintain strong client communication throughout.
In addition to content management, you’ll be part of building and maintaining long-term client relationships, helping ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
About You:
You’re tech-savvy (ideally a degree in Computer Science LifeScience or a related field) with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy.
You’re comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
You enjoy working within structured systems like CMS platforms and are quick to learn new tools.
You’re organised, self-directed, and capable of translating client needs into well-executed tasks.
Experience working in an agency or a regulated industry (e.g., healthcare, pharma) is highly beneficial.
You’re a clear and confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment.
You have a strong interest in AI and would be able to use AI tools to help support your role.
Bonus but not essential is if you have had some experience with JavaScript, Web development, HTML, database programming or Laravel.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Management
Upload, edit, and manage website content using our CMS.
Format and structure text, images, and downloadable files according to design and brand guidelines.
Track and manage client-supplied content through the approval process.
Ensure all updates comply with internal best practices.
Project & Workflow Coordination
Support ongoing web and digital projects with regular content updates and issue tracking.
Liaise with developers and designers to ensure content fits project requirements.
Maintain accurate records of progress, feedback, and status using internal tools.
Client Communication & Relationship Support
Act as a point of contact for day-to-day content updates and project communications.
Keep clients informed about content progress, timelines, and outstanding needs.
Work with senior team members to develop trusted, responsive relationships.
Compliance & Security
Follow internal procedures aligned with our ISO 27001-certified information security management system.
Ensure updates meet data protection (e.g. GDPR) and pharmaceutical regulatory standards (e.g. ABPI).
Proactively raise risks, compliance concerns, or inconsistencies.
Qualifications & Experience:
Ideally 1–2 years of experience in a digital account support role.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing content workflows in a professional environment.
Understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements, would be a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
