Are you comfortable working with JSON & CRM Platforms with a particular focus on creating and maintaining custom dashboards?

This role will start on a short-term 6- 8-week internship, but it will have the opportunity to be extended or made permanent. You will be supporting the AI and KPI dashboard framework.

How you expect the candidate to spend their day:

The successful candidate will support the optimisation and development of our CRM platform, Ezekia, with a particular focus on creating and maintaining custom dashboards to improve reporting, visibility and business intelligence. 

As Ezekia uses a JSON-based API, the candidate should be comfortable working with JSON and have a good understanding of data structures and system integrations. They will also support exploration of potential integrations between Ezekia and Microsoft Copilot, helping to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. 

Experience with workflow automation tools such as Zapier would be advantageous, as we are looking at ways to connect financial and operational data from Monday.com into Ezekia. Additional responsibilities will include data cleansing, maintaining data quality, supporting documentation, creating templates and consolidating information to improve operational consistency.
