The role
We’re hiring a Content Creator to own and execute end-to-end content production across social platforms (ultrashort to longer form content eg 20 min).
This is a highly hands-on role for someone who can:
Produce professional quality videos with high-quality image, lighting and sound
Shoot, direct content to a high standard
Make exciting video edits with subtitles and engagement hooks
Translate ideas into engaging content
Do proactive user engagement on social media platforms
You'll work closely with our Founder, in-house marketing and product teams, but you will have primary responsibility for video content production.

Our first app, is the number one app helping millions of people around the world improve their sleep. We are also focused on growing our next generation of apps, which target a younger demographic. We are now investing in content production as a core growth channel — building a dedicated in-house content studio to create high-quality, high-volume content across social channels and YouTube.
What You’ll Be Doing
Social Content Production across all our apps
Create content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Produce conversion-focused content (founder-led, problem/solution, demos, testimonials, comparisons, UGC-style)
Deliver multiple creative variations to enable testing and iteration
Creative & Content Strategy
Collaborate with the product team to build a weekly pipeline of content
Contribute ideas that align with broader campaigns and growth objectives
Track performance and iterate based on what converts, not just what looks good
Stay reactive to trends in sleep, wellness, and social content formats
Content & Asset Management
Build and maintain an organised content and asset library
Ensure content is reusable and scalable across formats and channels
About You
Hands-on, fast-moving video creator/editor
Deep understanding of social platforms and native content formats (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
Excellent grasp of what makes content engaging and commercially effective
Confident in filming, lighting, and audio setup
Experienced in short-form editing (e.g. CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut)
Data-aware — you care about performance, testing, and iteration
Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proactive, ideas-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
What we’re looking for
Proven ability in content production/videography/editing (brand, agency, freelance, or creator background)
End-to-end production capability — not purely conceptual or oversight
