Job Description
Do you have experience within Fashion / Footwear retail and feel confident in running a high end Mayfair Boutique Store?We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Store Manager to lead our Mayfair boutique. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within a dynamic retail environment.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, delivering an exceptional client experience, and managing a small team of approximately three staff members.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance
- Deliver a high level of personalised customer service aligned with the brand
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 3 staff members
- Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory management
- Drive sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Ensure the store environment reflects a polished, welcoming, and premium aesthetic
About You
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Confident, outgoing, and naturally customer-focused
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and problem-solve
- Comfortable managing a small team and leading by example
- An interest in fashion, luxury retail, or boutique environments
- Previous retail experience is beneficial but not essential
- Well-presented with a keen eye for style and detail, reflecting the brand
