About the Client:

As part of our ambitious growth plan, we are looking for a dynamic and driven AI Go-To-Market (GTM) Graduate to support our CEO in driving AI-led commercial strategies.
This is a unique opportunity to get hands-on experience in high-level decision-making, working directly with our CEO on real-world commercial deals that impact our expansion and growth.


Role Overview:
  • As an AI GTM Graduate, you’ll play a crucial role in helping us shape and execute our AI-led go-to-market strategy. Working directly with the CEO, you will drive the identification of target markets, outreach to potential partners, and contribute to sales conversations and proposals. This role combines strategic thinking with execution, and you will be empowered to make a direct impact on our commercial success.

What You’ll Do:
  • Identify & Prioritize Key Opportunities: Research and identify target merchants, potential partners, and verticals that align with our AI offerings. Prioritize outreach to key prospects, building a pipeline that drives strategic growth.
  • Outbound Outreach: Lead outreach efforts through email, LinkedIn, and industry events. Track engagement and conversions, ensuring that communication is clear, compelling, and aligned with our business goals.
  • Support Active Deals: Assist with live deals by conducting market research, preparing proposals, and managing follow-ups. Help refine and improve deal structures, ensuring that our offerings resonate with potential clients.
  • Shape AI Positioning: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to shape and refine AI positioning and messaging. Ensure that our solutions are communicated effectively across various sales touchpoints, including presentations, proposals, and direct conversations with potential clients.
  • Workflow Optimization: Leverage AI tools to build simple workflows that enhance the efficiency of our GTM processes. Help implement tools that automate tasks and streamline communication, driving both internal and external efficiency.

  • High Ownership: You take ownership of tasks and projects from start to finish. You can work independently, manage your time effectively, and deliver results without needing constant direction.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:
  • Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
  • Previous Experience (desirable but not essential): Experience in sales, business development, or marketing, particularly in a technology or SaaS environment, is a plus.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfort with digital tools (CRM, LinkedIn, email automation) and a willingness to learn new AI tools and platforms.
  • Passion for Problem Solving: A proactive attitude and the ability to think critically about AI’s role in solving real-world business challenges.
