The Role We’re looking for a curious and driven AI Intern to join us on a 3 month internship period, to help us explore how artificial intelligence and smarter processes can transform how we operate. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with our founders and team to improve how we use data, systems, and technology across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
Working with our existing tech stack, CRM systems, and datasets to identify gaps and inefficiencies
Improving data quality, structure, and accessibility
Exploring and testing AI tools to reduce manual admin and increase productivity
Supporting the implementation of AI-driven workflows and process improvements
Collaborating with the team while also taking ownership of independent projects
Contributing ideas on how we can future-proof our operations in a rapidly evolving AI landscape
What We’re Looking For
A strong interest in AI, data, and process optimisation
Curious, analytical mindset with a willingness to experiment and learn
Comfortable testing new tools, ideas, and workflows
Proactive, self-starting attitude with good problem-solving skills
No prior experience in executive search required
