This is a 12-month internship paying £27K. This role is primarily office-based with 1 hybrid day. The office is based in Canary Wharf. If you are fluent in a French or Italian, that would be a bonus!

About the Team and Role: The Brand & Content team is part of the wider Communications team, which provides support to all of client’s businesses including Trading, Listings, Information Services, Post Trade (clearing and settlement) and Corporate Solutions. The Communications team itself is made up of various distinct functions, based across the business Group locations in Amsterdam, Athens, Brussels, Copenhagen, Dublin, Lisbon, London, Milan, Oslo and Paris:
Brand & Content – managing the company brand and overseeing the branded materials and content we produce across the business to ensure that branding and messaging is consistent when promoting products and services to clients and prospects. The Brand & Content team currently has employees in Paris, London and Copenhagen, and the manager of the team is based in Paris.
Events – we have events staff across our locations, managing approximately 900 events and conferences every year.
Media team – responsible for relations with the media and for press releases, interviews, etc
Web & Digital– looking after the company’s suite of websites covering the Group and its subsidiaries
Internal communications – responsible for the execution of the company’s internal communication strategy, in line with the organisation’s global communication strategy and plans.
This role supports the Editorial & Content Manager, based in London, as well as the wider Brand & Content team.
Key Accountabilities: The Editorial Intern will support the Brand & Content team, particularly with editorial reviews of content but also with general team support.
Editorial review
Review texts in English written by both native and non-native speakers to ensure
they are in keeping with Euronext house style and messaging
they have the highest quality of English – including a rigorous proofread to avoid errors, bad grammar, but also to improve understanding and ensure texts are easy to read and concise.
These texts can be for brochures, webpages, technical client communications, press releases
Monitor the editorial review mailbox
Help to manage the News & Insights section of the company’s website.
Brand & Content
Assist in the development and launch of content campaigns (print and digital): developing different types of content (videos, infographics, brochures, etc.) and liaising with our design agency
Ensure consistency of brand and act as local reference on brand group guidelines, as appropriate
Support rebranding projects at Group level
Regular updating of the website connected to brand activities. Help optimise website content and coordinate with local marketing team
Support corporate projects and initiatives as necessary, eg the the company’s Annual Conference and International Women’s Day
Provide support to the Editorial Manager to manage the local London newsletter, and help form a link between the Communications team and other local London teams, particularly for branding, events and internal comms.
About You:
Bachelor's degree in English language, English literature, journalism, communication, modern languages or a related field.
Fluent, top-quality English and a passion for language and grammar.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Ppt)
Ability to form and maintain excellent relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Autonomous and pro-active in suggesting new ideas
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and work with tight deadlines
Teamwork attitude and proactive approach
Another European language would be a plus
Familiarity with financial markets is not necessary – but it’s important to be curious and have a desire to learn
