This is a 12 month internship as a Program Analyst Intern to work within the Corporate Operations team paying £32,000 pro rata. This role is office-based (Green Park). This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across operations, project management, and transformation initiatives.

THE ROLE The Program Analyst Intern will support the delivery and ongoing evolution of the Fund Services transformation program, spanning operating model design, data initiatives, technology roadmap delivery, and multiple change projects. A key element of the role includes supporting the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Freshservice platform, which will cover several Fund Services processes.
The role combines program governance, cross-domain analysis, and hands-on platform support. The analyst will help translate business outcomes into practical change, improving efficiency, data quality, service transparency, and scalability across Fund Services.

RESPONSIBILITIES Program, Change and Delivery Support
Support day-to-day governance of the Fund Services program, including maintaining plans, RAID logs, actions,
Track delivery milestones across multiple workstreams and support prioritisation activities.
Assist with preparation of stakeholders and working group materials.
Support change initiatives across Fund Services Program, ensuring alignment to agreed outcomes.
Platform and Technology Enablement
Support the configuration and administration of the Freshservice platform under the guidance of the Program Manager.
Configure workflows, request forms, catalogue items, templates, and fields aligned to defined process designs.
Perform user setup, role management, and access changes.
Act as first line support for day-to-day platform issues, queries, and snagging activities.
Monitor queues, SLAs, and backlog health, escalating risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Support testing and implementation of incremental improvements and enhancements.
Technical development or coding skills are not required; the role focuses on configuration, process enablement, and analysis rather than software development.
Analysis Across Fund Services Domains and Continuous Improvement
Analyse operational issues, process pain points, and platform usage data to identify improvement opportunities.
Support documentation of current and target state processes across Fund Services.
Capture and structure outputs from workshops, interviews, and working sessions.
Support data cleansing and remediation initiatives in collaboration with operations and technology teams.
Assist in defining, tracking, and interpreting KPIs related to service performance, efficiency, data quality, and operational risk.
Identify patterns, trends, and systemic issues, and propose practical recommendations for improvement.
