Job Description

How you expect the candidate to spend their day:

•    Analysing data across multiple domains: sales, merchandising, operations, digital performance
•    Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards (primarily in Excel and AI-assisted tools)
•    Supporting the CEO and senior team with research into market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
•    Building systems and data flows to support better decision-making
•    Participating in cross-functional meetings to understand evolving data needs
•    Taking initiative in exploring new tools and methods to improve internal efficiencies
•    Conducting ad-hoc research projects and presenting findings succinctly

The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications:

•    Degree from a top-tier university in a technical or analytical field (Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, etc.)
•    Exceptional proficiency in Excel; familiarity with data tools, automation, and AI assistants (e.g. ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.)
•    Technically minded, with a meticulous and highly organised approach to work
•    Strong analytical thinker, with the ability to translate numbers into insights
•    Curious, proactive, and intellectually agile
•    Discreet, hardworking, and able to work with minimal supervision
