Job Description
This is a 12 month internship as a Data Intern (Supplier Data & AP Portals) paying £32,000 pro rata. This role is office-based (Green Park).About the Company:

The Role:
The Business Change team partners with Finance, Operations, and the wider business to deliver robust enterprise applications and data foundations. As the Data Intern, you will collaborate closely with the EAS team, AP, Fund Controllers, and stakeholders across Finance to improve supplier data quality, reference data, and self-service portals that enable efficient AP operations. You will help build a complete supplier database, improve reference data, and design intranet portals for suppliers and internal teams.
We are looking for a detail-orientated data savvy graduates who enjoy turning messy data into clean, usable information and translating processes into clear, user friendly guides and portals.
Responsibilities:
- Supplier Data: Collect and validate supplier details from multiple sources; ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Reference Data: Fill gaps in system data, check accuracy, and document ownership.
- Portals & Guides: Create simple, clear content for supplier and finance portals (policies, FAQs, user guides).
- Engagement: Communicate professionally with suppliers and internal teams to confirm information.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong data analysis and Excel skills (lookups, pivots, data cleansing).
- Ability to write clear, structured guides and FAQs.
- Familiarity with SharePoint or similar tools for intranet content.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
- Experience with ERP data, M365 tools, or basic data quality checks (preferred but not mandatory).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or Data Analytics.
