Growth Executive 

Entry-Level Marketing & Client Delivery Role 

We are a leading HubSpot & RevOps agency helping B2B SMEs accelerate their growth. 

We’re looking for a Growth Executive to join our team and support both internal agency marketing and client delivery. 

This is a broad and exciting role ideal for someone early in their marketing career who wants to gain deep, hands-on experience across digital marketing, campaign delivery, and RevOps whilst learning how to use the HubSpot platform inside out. 

Key Responsibilities 

Agency Marketing 

● Assist in executing our own multi-channel marketing programmes, including content, 
email, social, and paid media. 
● Help manage our website and blog, including basic SEO, content management, and 
performance tracking. 
● Coordinate social media posts across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. 
● Support the organic and paid promotion of content assets, campaigns, webinars, and case 
studies. 
● Collaborate with internal team members on building out campaign assets and landing 
pages. 
Client Account Support 
● Support the delivery of HubSpot marketing campaigns, workflows, and website 
management for client accounts. 
● Assist in setting up emails, landing pages, and social posts in client portals. 
● Conduct research, analysis, and reporting to support strategy and performance reviews. 
● Provide QA and testing support for HubSpot implementations and campaign launches. 
● Collaborate with Consultants, Strategists, and Project Managers across a wide variety of 
projects, from onboarding to optimisation. 
Skills & Attributes 
● A clear passion for digital marketing, B2B growth, and/or RevOps. 
● Proactive, reliable, and hungry to learn – you take ownership and deliver. 
● Strong written and verbal communication skills - exceptional eye for detail. 
● Organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities. 
● Analytical mindset and a willingness to use data to improve outcomes. 
● Comfortable using technology and learning new tools quickly – any experience with 
HubSpot, Canva, WordPress or other tools is a plus, but not essential.

Requirements 
● Up to 2 years of marketing or digital experience preferred (internships and placements 
welcome). 
● Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a bonus. 
● Eligibility to work in the UK.
