About the role
Job purpose
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join and to support our email marketing CRM plans.
We’re at a key point in our journey, having done significant analysis into who our customers are and how we should be talking to them.
Working with the Ecommerce and Marketing teams, alongside external agencies, you will be responsible for the look and feel of all our email communications, as well as supporting other Digital Marketing channels.
We believe CRM can be the biggest growth channel for us over the next 12 months and are looking for the right person to come and spearhead this charge.
You will be equally passionate about customer experience and data, always looking to test and learn what we can do to improve performance.
What You'll Bring
Key Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ previous experience in a similar role
- Experience creating and delivering CRM strategies, along with managing on-going marketing email campaigns
- Good knowledge of Klaviyo, with regards to campaign building, data management and analytics
- Any experience working in Shopify a big plus
- Hands on experience designing, building and sending emails
- Having worked for an e-commerce business a significant plus
- A good understanding of analytics tools, EG Google Analytics
- Confident dealing with stakeholders of different levels
- Attention to detail and excellent time management
- Be confident in presenting insight to the wider business
