Are you an experienced and organised Marketing Executive who can support the planning and delivery of campaigns?
This role will oversee the day-to-day management of marketing activity, ensuring campaigns run smoothly, deadlines are met, and the creative output stays on brand. You’ll act as the link between the Marketing Manager and the wider team, managing workflows, briefing creatives and helping to drive measurable marketing results.
You’ll also oversee the Creative & Digital Content Executive, ensuring all assets are delivered on time and to a high standard

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day delivery of marketing activity across digital, social, and email channels
- Support the Marketing Manager in executing marketing strategies and campaigns
- Brief and manage the Creative & Digital Content Executive to deliver high-quality assets
- Oversee the social media content calendar and ensure regular posting and engagement
- Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns (social, email, and Google Ads)
- Monitor performance analytics and report on campaign results
- Coordinate external partners, suppliers, and freelancers as needed
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
- Support the Marketing Manager in internal communications, presentations, and reporting
Skills & Experience
Required
- 2+ years’ experience in a marketing role (agency or in-house)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience managing content production and social media campaigns
- Confident using marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Understanding of paid and organic digital marketing tactics
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative and senior stakeholders
Desirable
- Experience in property, real estate, or a related industry
- Basic understanding of design tools (Canva, Photoshop)
- Experience managing junior team members
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and CRM platforms
