Creative & Digital Content Executive to join the growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and ambitious individual with a passion for content creation, storytelling, and digital design. You’ll play a key role in producing engaging visual and video content across social media channels, website, and marketing campaigns — helping to bring the brand to life across all touchpoints. From capturing video content in the properties to editing social clips, animations, and photography, you’ll be the go-to creative for all things visual.

We are the market leader in vacant property protection providing both substantial savings and peace of mind to property owners, whilst offering affordable accommodation to key workers and young professionals in prime locations. We secure empty buildings by placing vetted professionals and key workers into a property to protect it through occupation. This gives owners the peace of mind of a secure building, for little to no cost, while also providing affordable housing in desirable locations.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage high-quality photo, video, and design content for social media, email, and website
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content, including interviews, property walkthroughs, and brand stories
- Design branded graphics, banners, and visuals for use across campaigns and digital platforms
- Collaborate with the Marketing Executive to brainstorm creative ideas and develop content calendars
- Manage the organisation and filing of creative assets and brand materials
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, video formats, and emerging content styles
- Support wider marketing campaigns, events, and brand initiatives
- Visit properties to capture visual content (photography and videography

kills & Experience
Required
- Proven experience in creating digital content (video editing, photography, and design)
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
- Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Strong storytelling skills and an eye for composition, colour, and branding
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Desirable
- Experience working on social media or marketing campaigns
- Basic motion graphics / animation experience (After Effects or similar)
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimisation principles
- Interest in property, lifestyle, or community-focused brands
- Driving licence (for occasional on-site filming days)
