The opportunity: We’re looking for a highly organised, people-centric professional with a passion for supporting learning and development to join our Learning team. You’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional learning experiences and supporting professional growth. The role is part of the client’s Learning Delivery team, coordinating the delivery their industry leading masterclasses and qualifications. You will also be responsible for managing their individual professional membership product enabling marketers to continuously upskill and stay ahead in a marketing industry that is rapidly evolving. You’ll act as the first point of contact for learners and professional members, managing inboxes and resolving queries efficiently and professionally. Support the coordination and delivery of learning programmes – from booking tutors and guest speakers to managing course materials and delegate communications. Ensuring the smooth running of both virtual classrooms and face-to-face training sessions and providing an outstanding experience for all participants is key to the role. Besides the internal team you’ll get to work alongside the brilliant marketing professionals that deliver their learning.
What we’re looking for: This requires someone with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. You will be able to communicate professionally with learners, tutors and clients both face to face, by email and telephone. Experience in coordinating events or learning programmes and using tools to support virtual learning environments is desirable but not essential. Previous experience in a customer service would be helpful, but a desire to deliver a great service is vital. You should be flexible, eager to learn, and be a strong team player with a collaborative and helpful mindset. This is a busy team and you will need to manage priorities to tight deadlines.
Job Purpose: As a Learning Operations Executive, you will report to the Learning Operations Manager and work as part of the Learning Operations team. You will coordinate the delivery and administration of masterclasses, qualifications and professional membership
Role & Responsibilities
Promote the company values by adopting consistently high standards of professionalism
Contribute to an inspiring team environment through efficient and effective team communication, attending frequent team and one-to-one meetings and taking part in regular reviews that evaluate learning and development needs
Follow, maintain and contribute to the standardisation of processes and procedures to support the learning programmes
Assist in the implementation, continued improvement, and delivery of masterclasses qualifications and professional membership
Cross collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to assist with the marketing and promotion of our courses
Maintain accuracy of learner and professional member records. Including facilitating enrolment and renewal of professional members
Be the first port of call for learners and professional members managing customer facing inboxes and handling queries promptly
Collating, reporting and analysing student feedback from courses
Support with booking tutors and guest speakers
Co-ordinate preparations for delivery of Learning Programmes; liaising with tutors, preparing course materials, managing delegates etc.
Running on the day virtual classroom platforms and face to face training rooms to ensure both environments are fit for purpose and provide the best quality experience for delegates
Work with the Learning Operations team to monitor the standards of delivery to delegates across Learning Programmes
Support on accurate co-ordination and maintenance of continual assessments, group projects and final examinations
Execute project work where needed
Conduct general administration activities: answering calls, raising invoices and POs, payment chasing etc.
